Modern Slavery Statement

For the purpose of section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in the United Kingdom (the “Act”), the most recent financial year of the organisation is 1 January to 31 December 2025.  In every complete financial year since the commencement of the Act, Capita Customer Management Limited trading as ellio was a wholly owned subsidiary of Capita plc.  Capita plc published a single modern slavery statement for its company group in each of those years, as is permitted by paragraph 5.2.1 of the statutory guidance published by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 54(9) of the Act.  We confirm that the modern slavery statement that follows applies to us.
